Inventory Management

View availability by date and room type with colour coding by availability status; navigate using the integrated calendar and make reservations directly from the availability screen; view special events; view summaries for group reservations, allotments, out of order rooms and waitlists, with direct links to view or edit; view available rates with quick access to closeouts and yield management functionality; access the Room Plan and additional property inventory items.

Advanced Rate Management
The powerful Rate Setup screen offers one convenient location to configure and manage your rates. Create unlimited rate codes with many built in yield management features.
Use the Rate Tiers feature to automatically adjust rates based on occupancy percentage. This powerful yield management tool will take the guess work out of adjusting your rates and significantly help to increase revenue.
Configure rates to control many key elements to assist with improving revenue, such as; minimum/maximum length of stay, specify availability by day, assign specific posting instructions, set order of priority, restrict rates by user group and specify daily, weekly, monthly and package rates with revenue distribution to increase reporting accuracy.

Application Change Log
Track changes made to reservations, in-house guests, history profiles, postings and setup options. Search the log by date range, clerk, station, field, original or new value, and then view all the detail for that log item. An incredibly handy management feature!
Built in Email Capabilities
Email letters, confirmations, reports or information directly from within the Inn Control program or link to your favorite email client such as MS Outlook.
Internal Word Processor
Use Inn Control’s built in full featured word processor to create customized letters, and mail merges. Spell check your documents and save in MS Word format.
Built in Report Generator and Viewer
Inn Control includes a powerful report generator at no extra cost to you! Inn Control provides configurable and exportable reports in many standard formats. Create custom reports and lists, registration cards and folio forms, labels and a whole lot more! A wide variety of line, bar, and pie charts are available to choose from to create attractive reports for presentations. Everything is completely configurable, including font, color, type, scale, and data. View your report on screen, print, create PDF, email or export to several different formats.
User Definable Tool Bar
This handy feature allows any user to create their own customized tool bar to access frequently used functions and/or programs. Work between Inn Control and other Windows applications with ease. The tool bar always remains in plain view for easy access or it can be minimized to the system tray to access when needed.
