The powerful Rate Setup screen offers one convenient location to configure and manage your rates. Create unlimited rate codes and packages with many built in yield management features.

Configure rates to control many key elements to assist with improving revenue, such as; minimum/maximum length of stay, specify availability by day, assign specific posting instructions, set order of priority, restrict rates by user group and specify daily, weekly, monthly and package rates with revenue distribution to increase reporting accuracy.

Use the Rate Tiers feature to automatically adjust rates based on occupancy percentage. This powerful yield management tool will take the guess work out of adjusting your rates and significantly help to increase revenue.

Application Change Log

Track changes made to reservations, in-house guests, history profiles, postings and setup options. Search the log by date range, clerk, station, field, original or new value, and then view all the detail for that log item. An incredibly handy management feature!
